The Victory Team provides the Maryland Real Estate market what it has been missing: Luxury service at affordable prices and a spirit of giving back to the local community that they serve. Founder Daniel McGhee became immersed in the local real estate market and found that it lacked both authenticity and empathy among its agents. He decided that by forming a team of some of the best agents, and reducing fees while increasing service, that he would build relationships with clients in a way that would last well beyond the first transaction. Doing so creates Victory on every level, both business and personally.

Team leader Daniel McGhee has spent his entire life in a real estate household, and has been entrenched in real estate for decades.  He has worked both on the investment side and retail side.  He owns a non profit called the Agape Projects and is a local community leader that does tons of charity work both here and abroad.  He is passionate about real estate but even more so, he is passionate about people and helping them to reach their goals and chase their dreams.

Kayla Song was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland she has passion for the unique indigenous treasures Maryland has to offer; from the inner harbor ball games to the beaches on the eastern shore. She is devoted to listening to her clients needs and employing her negotiating skills to advocate for her clients best interest, and ensure a successful home purchase or sale. She provides excellent consistent communication throughout the home purchase/selling experience. Her goal is to make the real estate process as simple as possible. Kayla will be by your side from start to closing. As your personal realtor/friend she will be there to assist you far beyond settlement with any questions or needs. Dana is a seasoned real estate agent.  Working throughout the years in OH, PA and now licensed in MD.   As a real estate agent, her first priority is to make her clients happy. She listens to the wants and needs of her clients to achieve the best result in every transaction, and she strives to make the process of buying or selling fun, easy and stress free. Her customers can count on her any time of the day when they have a question or concern. 

Lisa was born into an entrepreneurial family, so customer service and people skills are in her DNA. Her love for real estate came from watching her father buy and sell multiple investment properties. She knows she cannot change the world for everybody, but the right property can change somebody’s world and that’s a great start.

Ambur Kaufman is a Baltimore County native who has been in the real estate industry since the young age of 16, beginning in the office of her fathers investment business in the early 2000’s. She is very active and well known for being a returning youth soccer coach within her community, striving to help where she can, and be a positive influence to those around her. She is on a mission to help make this world a better place, one small act of kindness at a time. Her unique ability to understand people and balance their wants vs. need provides for a very honest and heartfelt home buying and selling experience. She also provides a niche service with her extensive experience in the rental real estate market, providing services for property management, renovation planning and investment opportunities. Her attention to detail, eye for opportunity, strong communication skills, and eclectic personality provide for a very well rounded real estate experience.
